Energy Efficient Technologies assisted and oversaw the validation of CryoGenX4 in their Katy Mills location. 

 

Results showed an 11.4% efficiency improvement on fairly new equipment. 

After successful validated results, CryoGenX4 has been deployed in over 50 locations of Simon Properties Malls in over 25,600 tons of HVAC systems to date between 2023- 2024.

Entire Portfolio deployment is planned to continue throughout Q4 2024 and 2025.

 

After successful results, Simon Properties has proceeded to deploy in 50 malls to date and plan to deploy in the rest of the portfolio.
