Avalon Bay was looking to replace older lighting and reduce carbon footprint and energy usage in their 4 buildings in Virginia. Energy Efficient Technologies won the contract beating their two national contractors that had been working for them for ten years.
Energy Efficient Technologies replaced about 3000 lights with LED across the four facilities.
